You must provide three personal identifiers to access your score results; your candidate ID, date of birth, and social security number. Your correct date of birth and social security number must be on record in My Profile. NBPTS strongly recommends you visit the My Profile page to ensure your information is on file and recorded accurately. If changes need to be made, please expedite by mail or fax a written request along with an enlarged copy (200 percent) of your driver's license and/or social security card to:

You will need to know your 8-digit candidate ID number to access your score results. You can locate your ID number on any remaining bar code labels that were provided with your portfolio kit, or find your ID number on any written correspondence received from NBPTS. To avoid having to call our Customer Service department on one of the busiest days of the year, write your candidate ID number on something you carry with you at all times, store the number in your cell phone, or send yourself an e-mail to your school address to have it on file in the event scores are released during a school day.
Once scores are released, candidates will be able to view and print their personal, official score report from the NBPTS homepage (http://www.nbpts.org/for_candidates/scoring), under View your official score report. Scores are never shared with any individual or organization other than the candidate. Candidates are also able to review descriptions of each portfolio entry and assessment center exercise, review the rubrics used by assessors to score performances, and can also find information about the score range for any portfolio entry or assessment center exercise score received.
Please allow some time and try again. There may be certain peak periods when heavy demands to the Web server may delay connectivity. Candidates may receive connectivity errors or "page not found" errors. These error messages represent delays caused by heavy demands on the server or scheduled maintenance on the database. They are not indicators that the Web site is down.
Once scores are released, official score reports are available to candidates online through a private, secured website. Score results for the most recent assessment cycles are also available online. Candidates can print unlimited copies of their score reports from the online link, free of charge. If you request that NBPTS print a copy of your score report for you, it will be after score release, and there will be a $25 service fee. To request a printed score report, you must submit a written request with $25 to:
