Joel Lookadoo, NBCT, was recently announced as the 2020 Arkansas Teacher of the Year. He received his National Board Certification in 2018. Joel received his Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Math Education from the University of Central Arkansas and his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. He is ESL certified and in his seventh year of teaching in Springdale, Arkansas. Joel has taught Algebra 1 and currently serves as a Math and Science Instructional Facilitator.
