Mr. Bragg has been teaching Physical Education since 2010. He received his Bachelors Degree in Physical Education from Illinois State University and his Masters Degree in Teaching and Learning from Nova Southeastern University. He is the 2018 Arizona Elementary PE Teacher of the Year. He is also a National Board Certified Teacher. He is a life-long learner that seeks to improve daily by reflecting on his practice and by seeking out advice from other quality teachers to expand his repertoire of ideas. Mr. Bragg’s P.E. philosophy is to create developmentally appropriate lessons that allow students to experience success, which inspire them to stay active. By incorporating technology such as Plickers, GIF's, and iPad applications like "Bam Video Delay", Mr. Bragg can: meet the needs of all learners, motivate students, monitor student learning, communicate with parents, and maximize learning time. He also teaches his students the importance of being a good person, how to persevere through challenges, and how to develop intrinsic motivation.
