Linda Yaron Weston is a National Board Certified Teacher and the author of Mindfulness for Young Adults: Tools to Thrive in School and Life. She teaches at the University of Southern California, where she developed their introductory mindfulness course. Prior to that, she was a public high school English teacher in Los Angeles, where she became increasingly interested in how schools can support student health and well-being. She holds dual MEd degrees from UCLA and is certified in mindfulness facilitation and yoga (E-RYT 500).
