Maura Anderson leads programming at Connections, Naperville Community Unit School District 203's Post-Secondary Transition Program, in Illinois. Maura previously served as a 6th-high school self-contained classroom teacher and case manager, staff developer, building problem-solving coach, and department chair. In 2016, Maura was awarded NCUSD 203's 2016 Administrator of the Year award and was an Illinois State Board of Education Award of Meritorious Service recipient. I fell in love with teaching the summer I worked as a camp counselor for kids with disabilities. I was on my break between my sophomore and junior year of college.
